Role Summary
Anthropologie is seeking an Intern to join its growing consumer insights group. As part of the Customer Strategy team – Consumer Insights is the key to understanding the voice of our customers and plays a key role in foundational understanding of our customers and how to best meet their needs. The Co-op will assist this team in building customer communication via surveys, focus groups, customer experience feedback and analyzing the direct customer interaction. This will be a great opportunity to learn about retail, ecommerce, merchandising and qualitative customer insights.
Anthro is focused on hiring the best talent for our growing Customer Strategy organization. The Co-OP, Consumer Insights must be dedicated to delivering high quality, accurate and timely analyses to drive growth and encourage learning throughout each of the brands.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare customer insights surveys and research projects for deployment within Qualtrics or direct to the participants
- Assist with Focus Group and Brand Health tracking major projects as needed
- Analyze customer response data to answer questions about online and retail customer behavior including product performance, shopping behavior and behavioral preferences
- Leverage Excel and PowerPoint to present results in a clear format with guidance from the team
- Produce regularly scheduled Customer Experience (CX) survey reports on time and QA data for accuracy
- Tracking and communicating relevant industry trends and secondary research
- Assist the team with ad-hoc consumer interaction as needed
Role Qualifications
- Candidate should have communication and marketing research education / skills
- Candidate must have strong quantitative skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience processing and analyzing data using Excel is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated to continuously improve and learn new concepts and skills.
