Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging deep expertise in specific technologies or platforms. The role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft compelling and feasible solutions that align with the client s business goals and value proposition. This position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and support the overall business case, fostering strong partnerships and driving project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery and resolve challenges effectively.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to overall team growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
- Strong knowledge of subscription billing processes and order management workflows within enterprise environments.
- Experience in integrating SAP BRIM components with other enterprise systems to deliver seamless business solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
- Familiarity with solution design principles, including modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
