About the team

You will join our Human Resources team, more specifically the Recruitment team, where you will support both Campus Recruitment and Experienced Hiring activities. This dynamic and collaborative team plays a key role in attracting and selecting top talent across Belgium.

Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and different HR stakeholders, you will gain hands-on experience in a high-impact and people-focused environment, while contributing to building the future workforce of PwC.

What your day will look like

As an HR Recruitment Intern, you will actively contribute to the full recruitment lifecycle in a structured yet agile environment:

  • Support selection procedures for both junior and experienced candidates, including CV screening, candidate sourcing and interview follow-up

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an efficient and high-quality candidate experience

  • Assist in the organisation of selection days

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to discuss candidate profiles and align on needs

  • Participate in job fairs, campus initiatives and internal events, representing PwC and strengthening our employer brand

  • Interact with various HR teams such as Learning and Development, Marketing, Payroll and HR Operations

  • Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives

You will work closely with your coach and team, benefiting from continuous guidance, feedback and learning opportunities.

About you

You're someone who...

  • Is a final-year Bachelor's or Master's student in Law, Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Wants to dive into the world of HR and discover what makes great people operations tick.

  • Is looking for a school internship of at least 3 months.

  • Speaks fluent Dutch and/or French, plus English.

  • Is enthusiastic, motivated, and a true team player with a real passion for people.

  • Has strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality.

  • Loves communicating, connecting, and collaborating with others.

  • Is comfortable with MS Office and has a natural feel for digital tools.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts easily to change.
