Description
Drives MCBL objectives through strategic lead generation, deepening of corporate relationships, bank partnership management, and consistent achievement of higher sales and productivity targets. Acts as a trusted advisor to bank partners and corporate clients while contributing to business growth.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead need-based selling of corporate and individual insurance solutions, including protection, health, savings, investment, retirement, and corporate solutions.
Own and manage a larger portfolio of corporate accounts and deliver sustainable business growth.
Achieve higher monthly sales and validation targets through disciplined execution of sales activities and corporate presentations.
Develop strong partnerships with Division Heads, Team Heads, Account Officers, and key corporate decision makers.
Identify, develop, and execute account penetration and relationship expansion strategies.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, sales forecasting, and lead tracking.
Conduct regular joint calls, client reviews, and strategic business planning sessions with bank partners.
Drive referrals, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities across assigned accounts.
Provide high-quality policy reviews and after-sales service to maximize retention and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market opportunities, competitor activities, and client trends to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with KYC, CDD/EDD, regulatory, privacy, and company requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Preferably with 3+ years of relevant sales, insurance, banking, or relationship management experience.
Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, account management, sales planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate of a four-year course.
