Hope Services, LLC (a certified CABHA with a robust continuum of care for children and adolescents) is dedicated to providing and prioritizing only quality and effective service delivery for children and adolescents with mental health and/or substance abuse problems, and their families. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy for each youth served.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to IIH Team members.
- Supervise IIH Team members.
- Assist with implementing a home-based behavioral support plan with the youth and his or her caregivers as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan.
Job Requirements and Clinical Supervision:
- Experience working with children/adolescents is required.
- Ideal position for provisionally licensed professionals seeking full licensure (LCSWA, LCHMCA).
- Supervision towards licensure is provided as well as training opportunities in the following evidence-based treatment models: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT); Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT); and Eco-Systemic Family Therapy (ESFT).
