Du unterstützt unser Accounting Team im Tagesgeschäft und bei administrativen Aufgaben und lernst dabei zentrale Abläufe im Finanzbereich kennen
Du arbeitest in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung mit und übernimmst insbesondere die Verbuchung, Verarbeitung und Ablage von Eingangsrechnungen
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen, insbesondere bei Verrechnungen und der Rechnungserstellung
Du pflegst, prüfst und strukturierst buchhaltungsrelevante Unterlagen und Daten und wirkst bei Abstimmungen, Auswertungen sowie vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten im Monatsabschluss mit
Du bringst dich bei der Optimierung administrativer und buchhalterischer Prozesse ein und arbeitest mit internen Fachbereichen zusammen, um abrechnungsrelevante Sachverhalte zu klären
WAS DU MITBRINGST
Du befindest dich in einem laufenden Studium, idealerweise mit Bezug zu BWL, Finance, Accounting, Controlling oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Du hast Interesse an buchhalterischen Prozessen und administrativen Abläufen. Erste Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen oder in der Buchhaltung sind von Vorteil
Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um, insbesondere mit Excel
Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, Genauigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert, zuverlässig, selbstständig und teamorientiert
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
