Drive client discussions to define the integration requirements and translate the business requirements to the technology solution. Activities include mapping business processes to support applications, defining the data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration architecture.

Summary:
As an Integration Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive integration solutions that connect various business applications seamlessly. This role requires engaging with clients to understand their integration needs and translating those needs into effective technology strategies. The day includes analyzing business processes, identifying key data elements, selecting appropriate integration technologies, and crafting detailed architectural designs that ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability across the enterprise. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals is a central aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and alignment on integration projects.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of middleware technologies and integration platforms.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure integration architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with system performance tuning and troubleshooting in integrated environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
