What You Will Do

• Evaluate and optimize medication therapies by proactively identifying and resolving potential drug-related issues, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical efficacy.
• Deliver precise compounding and dispensing services, guaranteeing that every patient receives the exact medication they need, exactly when they need it.
• Educate and counsel patients, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, serving as a trusted clinical resource to facilitate seamless, collaborative care.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians and rotating students, fostering a supportive, high-performing environment dedicated to operational excellence and professional growth.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Pharmacist credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

Additional Preferences

5 years ambulatory experience
