About the Role
The Program Governance Officer is responsible to support the Recruitment, Performance Management, and Leader Promotion initiative of the company. The position is expected to implement onboarding, performance monitoring and offboarding of Financed and non – financed recruits and leader promotion.Once hired, the candidate is expected to be responsible for:
- Develop and implement processes in onboarding of recruits and leader promotion to different financed and non – financed program
- Assessment of document submission and completion
- Generate contract for all financed programs
- Background screening of EADP and ELDP program
- Monitor onboarding status (Training completion, License process and coding)
- System enrolment (System and finance tagging)
- Implement the Performance Monitoring and Payout Process
- Generate and cascade of weekly performance report
- Consolidate the engagement and training completion in the system
- Consolidate, present and implement agency appeals
- Generate month end report
- Validate performance and process financing payout
- Implement the offboarding process
- Identify and generate reports for non-performing recruits and leaders
- Communication to ASG and Distribution Leaders of the cease of financed program contract to non-performing recruits and leaders
- Consolidate, present and implement agency appeals
- Process the clawback provision of the program (if any)
- Oversee the admin requirements of the recruitment team
- Manage the budget, service provider contract and team’s IT requirements
- Ability to collaborate with different stake holders
- Ability to effectively communicate in all level of the organization
- Can lead projects and other tasks that will be assigned
