Description
At TopDawg Junk Removal, we’re looking for a motivated and dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you’re organized, hands-on, and ready to help lead both people and operations, we’d love to have you on our team.
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading crews in the field, and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to TopDawg standards. You’ll work closely with leadership to coordinate schedules, support team performance, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support daily scheduling, dispatching, and job coordination.
- Assist in leading and supervising crews in the field.
- Step in to help with customer communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
- Help train and develop team members on company standards and procedures.
- Oversee truck readiness, equipment, and job supplies.
- Provide on-site support, including estimates and job walkthroughs when needed.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Support management with reporting, performance tracking, and operations improvement.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items when needed in the field.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong leadership, customer service, or operations experience preferred.
- Experience in moving, junk removal, construction, or logistics is a plus, but not required.
