Responsible for manage production team of section heads and their staffs to achieve overall manufacturing objective using planned manpower, equipment resources and prescribed spending to ship good quality & scheduled products on time under risk free environment

What you will be doing:

Manage a team of production staffs to run and meet periodical/year output.

Prescribe spending to ship good quality & scheduled products on time under risk free environment.

Set up machine's capacity & arrange suitable resources for full utilization.

Coordinate all support groups and ensure good communication, understanding and teamwork.

To review reports and do the actions through teamwork and upgrade staffs’ skill/knowledge/function.

Improve operation efficiency and review operator team bonus.

Improve cycle time and reduce machine down time rate.

Maintain high standard of safety, health, discipline, morale and housekeeping.

Support & complete year company capacity target.

Report operation group effectively to reach performance target.Collaborate with other Vishay Siliconix

Ensure quick response to customer returns and lead Failure Analysis (FA) for effective customer complaint resolution.

What you will bring along:

10+ years in semiconductor and at least  5 years at management  Experience

Proficiency in English.

Bachelor or Master degree in businessor relative fields.
