Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday is often dynamic, involving collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless user experiences. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving requirements are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
