Homecare Nurses Needed for Day Shifts in Decatur, IL 62521
Up to 4/Nights a Week; 7:00pm - 7:00am
Either a Friday OR Saturday is required

Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
Requirements
- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
