Account Executive (Private Client Team)

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join a Private Client Team. This role is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to support renewals, onboard new clients, and recommend coverage strategies.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $130,000 annually
• Bonus Potential: Up to 10% based on individual and company performance
• Benefits:
  • Comprehensive HSA and PPO plans (HSA includes $500 per quarter contribution)

• Work Schedule: 37.5-hour workweek with every other Friday as a half-day during summer months

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business generating $450,000–$500,000 in revenue, focusing on private client and high-net-worth accounts.
• Lead client onboarding processes and support policy renewals.
• Collaborate with advisors to recommend tailored coverage solutions and carrier strategies.
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients, assisting with claims and policy changes.
• Work closely with a team of Client Executives, Senior Client Managers, Client Managers, and Associate Client Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a senior-level role, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required (company will cover licensing costs within the first two months if needed).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software and general tech-savviness.
