We foster inspiration, open knowledge exchange, and deep collaboration, setting the standard for AI innovation. Our platform is anchored by three flagship initiatives:

• The Merantix AI Campus in Berlin is a 7,000 sqm hub in the heart of the city, home to over 80 AI startups, investors, industry AI teams, and public organizations. Hosting more than 300 events annually, it brings together founders, operators, industry leaders, investors, and policymakers to dive deep into AI infrastructure and applied AI across sectors such as healthcare, biotech, industrials, and the future of work.
• The London AI Hub, our newest initiative and commitment to our pan-European footprint.
• The AI House, with its flagship meeting held annually during the World Economic Forum, features contributions from pioneers like Yann LeCun, Andrew Ng, Yoshua Bengio, Raquel Urtasun, and investor Ray Dalio.

Your role

We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial mind to join us growing the Merantix AI Campus. As our Strategy & Ops Intern, you'll be right at the center of expanding our community. You will be owning growth projects end-to-end, from identifying the right startups and partners to bring into our ecosystem, to keeping our CRM clean and our pipeline moving. You'll work hand-in-hand with our growth and marketing team, so no two weeks look the same.

Your responsibilities:

• Own, execute, and steer high-impact growth projects. You will be working on topics from lead identification and scoring to CRM management and outreach to prospective startups, partners, and members.
• Take on strategic projects that shape how the campus grows. Build workflows and automations and ideate new formats or initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with leading AI startups, infrastructure companies, and industry leaders.
• Shape the topics of our events and initiatives, bringing your own ideas.
• Support the marketing team in bringing our community's work to a global audience. You will be working on event content, recaps, and social media, using tools like Canva.
• Keep our engine running smoothly. You deliver sharp, timely materials and communication, aligned with our stakeholders.

Your profile

• Entrepreneurial, with a growth mindset and the confidence to own projects.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing across a lot of moving pieces at once.
• Curious about AI and innovation, and happy navigating those conversations with founders and investors.
• Experience with CRM tools, lead generation, or growth/sales operations.
• Familiarity with marketing or content tools such as Canva, social media platforms, or similar.
• A previous internship in a similar fast-paced or startup environment.
• Based in Berlin and available full-time for ideally 6 months.
