Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Sourcing Lead - SCM.
## What you’ll do:
This role is responsible for strengthening supply chain resilience by proactively identifying supplier-related risks that may impact continuity, quality, and delivery performance. The position leads the development and implementation of mitigation strategies, including contingency planning, alternate sourcing, and inventory buffers, to ensure uninterrupted operations. Additionally, the role maintains ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement of risk mitigation plans in alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
1\. Lead the identification and assessment of supplier risks impacting continuity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
2\. Provide leadership using data for supplier resilience performance metrics, mitigation updates, and market intelligence to prioritize critical risks.
3\. Develop and implement sourcing risk mitigation plans, including multi-sourcing, supplier diversification, and contingency strategies.
4\. Partner with Operations, Quality, and Planning to strengthen supply chain resilience.
5\. Monitor supplier risk exposure through KPIs and dashboards.
6\. Lead risk reviews and drive corrective actions to improve supplier resilience and continuity.
7\. Serve as the focal point for supplier risk management and sourcing resiliency initiatives.
8\. Coordinate cross-functional actions to support supplier onboarding and disruption management.
9\. Ensure compliance with sourcing, risk management, and business continuity policies.
Health, Safety & Environment (EHS):
- Execute 100% of monthly safety inspections, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator.
- Attend all EHS training assigned
## Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement o Risk Management (preferred)
Years and area of experience required
- 5–8+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or risk management.
- Experience in supplier risk assessment and business continuity planning.
- Strong background in procurement and supply chain operations.
- Strong project management expertise with a process- and systemsoriented mindset, enabling sound decision-making in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical knowledge
- Risk assessment and scenario planning.
- Advanced PC proficiency (MS Office, MS Project, AS400, Outlook, SAP). Data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of supply chain risk management frameworks and business continuity planning.
- English Level: Proficient
