Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in marketing and placing large, complex commercial accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire marketing process, from submission to placement, while collaborating closely with producers, account managers, and carrier partners.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $90,000–$115,000

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end marketing process for large, complex commercial accounts, from submission to placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to ensure optimal placement of accounts.
• Prepare, review, and manage comprehensive submissions, including coverage needs, exposures, loss runs, applications, and renewal strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with producers and account managers to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay informed about market trends and carrier offerings to provide expert guidance and recommendations.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial lines marketing, specifically with large and complex accounts.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers, markets, and coverage options.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage detailed submissions and renewal strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with producers, account managers, and carrier partners.
• Prior experience in an agency or brokerage setting is strongly preferred.
