Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time LPN Team Lead @ Partnered-Dialysis Clinics in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. This on-site role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare by managing and leading a team of Care Coordinators in partnered dialysis clinics in the Tulsa, OK area. The Team Lead will communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team, motivate team members and assess their performance. The Team Lead will provide help to management, including hiring and training, and keeping management updated on team performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting interviews, hiring, and training employees
- Planning, assigning and directing work tasks
- Evaluating employee performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees as necessary
- Addressing employee complaints and resolving issues
- Directly supervising six or more employees
- Traveling to clinics to oversee Care Coordinators and assist as needed
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Contribute positively to team collaboration, daily operations, and clinic partnerships while maintaining strong organizational and technical proficiency (including Microsoft Word and Excel)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Legally authorized to work in the United States of America
- Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
- At least 2 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
- Highly preferred: Dialysis-specific certification (CDT, CHT, CCHT, CCHT-A)
- Highly preferred: Minimum one (1) year of experience working directly with hemodialysis/nephrology patients in a dialysis facility
- Demonstrates a professional, compassionate bedside manner with a patient-centered approach and the ability to build rapport in a clinical setting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional and proactive communication skills across Microsoft Teams, email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with care coordinators, providers, facility staff, patients and their families
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CST in an on-site role based in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area
- No weekends, evenings, nights, or on-call requirements
- Seven (7) company-paid holidays annually
- Transportation Requirements:
- Valid, unencumbered driver’s license
- Consistent, reliable transportation to fulfill the duties of this position
- Current auto insurance with proof of coverage
- Travel between facilities as required
- Must successfully complete a background check
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Starting hourly: $22/hr
- Quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance
