Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI Developer with 8–10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, responsive, and user-centric web applications. As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software features are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions remain robust and aligned with evolving project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, UX Designers, Product Owners, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions in an Agile environment.
- Participate in technical design discussions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex UI issues, and mentor junior developers while promoting front-end development standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into reusable, maintainable, and user-friendly front-end components.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and optimal user experience.
- Ensure application quality through adherence to responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization best practices.
- Experience in building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Strong understanding of component lifecycle and state management.
- Ability to optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of integrating RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous request handling.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
