*Expected Starting Pay Range

$74,297.60 - $94,744.00

*Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.


 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaboration- Identify concerns raised by referring providers in referring patients to CCHMC. Work collaboratively with CCHMC divisions and referring physicians to help improve referral processes. Assist in collecting and measuring data, developing processes based on performance, develop and implement communication strategies to disseminate results to CCHMC leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Relationship Building- Develop positive working relationships with peers/colleagues. Share knowledge and/or provide support for team members. May serve as a liaison to the division or organization.

  • Facilitation- Facilitate teams and/or groups with a specific focus/intent to ensure attainment of goals and/or reinforce accountabilities of the team members to their respective roles. May plan, organize, and/or design meetings or work sessions. May drive consensus and/or build cohesiveness to achieve performance and results.

  • Goal Tracking- Serve as an expert and internal resource to staff and/or physicians/faculty in regard to a specific aspect of the program or service. Assist in the design of program metrics and goals and presents improvements to help reach these goals.

  • Project Management- Provide leadership for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments and goals. Define project scope, goals, deliverables and resource requirements. Develop full scale project plans and manages project budget, resource allocation, and timeline. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Direct assigned project team ensuring effective utilization of resources. Constantly monitor project deliverables and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. At the completion of the project, conduct a thorough evaluation and assessment of the project's results. Effectively apply project management skills.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
