Oversee and maintain data integrity and reporting structures within key internal systems (Smartsheet, Tableau, and ERP). Analyze system information to support production control and leadership goals. Impacts the quality of reporting and operational data accuracy for the team. Executes standardized analytical and system maintenance tasks, with the ability to adjust the sequence of duties to respond to changing operational priorities and stakeholder needs.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
• Coordinate weekly monitoring of system information, perform reconciliation, and escalate technical discrepancies to relevant leads to support the delivery and communication to the HDNU and Services organizations.
• Execute analysis activities aligned with operational needs to provide accurate reporting and visibility to the production control team and leadership.
• Communicate system health and reporting status regularly to stakeholders.
• Oversee the maintenance of Smartsheet platforms, ensuring workflows, sheets, and dashboards are accurate and functioning correctly for end-users.
• Manage system record additions/modifications in ERP, ensuring data integrity and collection of required documentation.
• Develop and maintain standard work documentation and drive lean initiatives with a focus on identifying and eliminating transactional waste.
• Manage exports and reporting submissions to support performance tracking and operational objectives.
• Support system administration tasks, ensuring all outputs and records are accurately maintained within the organization’s reporting tools.
• Monitor system quality, proactively identifying risks, resolving errors, and escalating as necessary to ensure reliable reporting.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in analysis, system reporting, and operational support.
• Technical Proficiency: Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Smartsheet, Tableau, and ERP systems. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and related visualization/reporting tools.
• Proven Track Record: Experience supporting KPI tracking and operational reporting. Proven ability to maintain workflows to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and support management decision-making.
• Language: English (Mandatory).

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
