As a Senior Account Executive at ICON, you will foster client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
What You Will Do:
Your experience in account management and client services will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact for communication and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in account management and client services, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 40%)

職務内容
アカウントマネジメントおよびクライアントサービスにおけるご経験を活かし、高品質な成果の提供とチームメンバーへの指導・育成を担っていただきます。
主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。
- クライアントとの強固な関係を構築・維持し、主要な窓口としてコミュニケーションおよびサポートを提供する。
- 社内のクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、クライアントのニーズを把握したうえでソリューションを提案し、サービス提供を成功に導く。
- 業界動向や市場情報を活用し、既存アカウントの拡大や売上向上の機会を特定する。
- リード創出から契約交渉・契約締結までの営業プロセス全般を管理する。
- アカウントのパフォーマンスをモニタリングし、主要指標を追跡するとともに、顧客満足度および顧客維持率向上のための改善点を特定する。

アカウントマネジメントおよびクライアントサービスにおける確かな経験を有し、自立して業務を遂行するとともに、他者への指導・サポートができる方を求めています。
必須資格・経験
- 経営学、ライフサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号
- 製薬、バイオテクノロジー、または臨床開発(CRO)業界におけるアカウントマネジメント、営業、またはクライアントサービスの実務経験
- 臨床試験運営、関連法規制、および業界標準に関する十分な知識
- 優れたコミュニケーション力、交渉力、および対人関係構築能力を有し、組織内のあらゆるレベルのステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築および調整ができること
- 営業目標の達成や事業成長への貢献実績を有する成果志向の方
- 出張対応が可能な方(出張割合:約40%)
