Description
Principal Responsibilities:
1.Complete the annual goal setting.
2.Perform HSE-S duties in compliance with the HSE-S Commitment Letter.
3.Formulate maintenance plans for utility facilities, optimize preventive maintenance and operation & maintenance (O&M) procedures to reduce equipment failure rates and control O&M costs. Timely troubleshoot sudden facility malfunctions to minimize disruptions to production and operations.
4.Identify spare parts for facilities, compile spare parts lists and manage inventory.
5.Implement safety regulations for plant electrical systems and special equipment operation & maintenance. Inspect potential safety hazards of plant facilities, keep complete O&M records, and cooperate with safety inspections and rectification work.
6.Guide operators to use facilities and equipment in a standardized manner, conduct daily electrical inspections, and enforce equipment safety operating procedures.
7.Take charge of User Requirement Specification (URS), change management, installation, system commissioning, acceptance and handover of new facilities for plant expansion and renovation projects, as well as on-site construction management.
8.Establish technical documents including technical files and parameter setting sheets for utility facilities, and improve O&M standards and operating specifications to provide technical support for subsequent equipment maintenance.
9.Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for utility facilities. Collect and analyze indicators such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) to lower failure rates and shorten repair duration. Build a facility failure knowledge base and deliver analysis reports on typical cases.
10.Conduct facility improvement and provide technical support. Deliver electrical skill training for maintenance technicians to enhance the team’s overall troubleshooting capability.
11.Undertake other assigned tasks related to engineering maintenance and plant facility management.
Required Skills:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Plant Engineering, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) or related fields; hold valid work certificates such as Electrician Certificate.
2.Minimum 3 years of working experience in utility facility O&M or plant expansion projects in manufacturing factories. Familiar with the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of high/low-voltage power distribution, air conditioning, compressed air and plant utility power systems.
3.Well-versed in the working principles and common troubleshooting of centrifugal/screw chillers, screw/centrifugal air compressors, cooling towers, water pumps and other equipment.
4.Familiar with the workflow of facility renovation projects. Capable of on-site management, construction coordination and acceptance control, and able to independently resolve technical issues of plant facilities.
5.Meticulous, responsible and safety-oriented. Possess strong communication, coordination skills and team spirit.
6.Candidates with combined experience in plant construction projects and facility O&M are preferred.
7.Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in written and spoken English.
8.Skilled in Excel for data processing and Word for document compilation.
9.Competent in PPT creation with clear logical thinking.
10.Basic ability to read and draw drawings with AutoCAD.
