Job Description Summary

Responsible for supporting Early Program Biosimilar Pipeline Support within the Medical Affairs Operations organization based out of GCC India. The role supports analytical, scientific, and medical writing activities and contributes to accurate, timely, and fit-for-purpose outputs aligned to project objectives and stakeholder needs.

Responsible for supporting Early Program Biosimilar Pipeline Support within the Medical Affairs Operations organization based out of GCC India. The role supports analytical, scientific, and medical writing activities and contributes to accurate, timely, and fit-for-purpose outputs aligned to project objectives and stakeholder needs.

Your Key Responsibilities: 

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Support medical writing, analytical, desk research, and competitive intelligence activities in line with defined project objectives and quality expectations.

  • Perform evidence gathering, information review, and analysis across relevant medical and scientific topics.

  • Support synthesis of information into summaries, content pieces, slide-based materials, and other fit-for-purpose outputs.

  • Contribute to development of molecule overviews, insight summaries, and other Early Program biosimilar support materials.

  • Support timely and aligned delivery of outputs in collaboration with team members and relevant stakeholders.

  • Use relevant databases, analytical platforms, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to support information gathering, analysis, and synthesis, as applicable.

  • Maintain documentation quality and follow confidentiality requirements when handling proprietary or pipeline-related information.
    Contribute to knowledge sharing, process consistency, and continuous improvement across the Early Program support stream.

What you’ll bring to the role: 

Essential Requirements: 

  • Early Program analytical and writing outputs are completed effectively and in line with defined quality, timeliness, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Outputs are accurate, well structured, and aligned to intended use.

  • Information gathering, content synthesis, and documentation activities are completed reliably and within agreed timelines.

  • Team delivery remains coordinated, process-driven, and supported by appropriate stakeholder alignment.
    Identified issues / gaps are addressed in a timely manner, with appropriate follow-up and continuous improvement actions.

  • Education: Advanced degree or equivalent qualification in life science, healthcare, pharmacy, medicine, or related field preferred with 5–8+ years experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, ideally with experience in analytical writing, medical writing support, desk research, competitive intelligence support, and/or related Medical Affairs support models.

  • Good understanding of information gathering, content synthesis, scientific / analytical writing, and structured output development.

  • Exposure to diverse medical and scientific domains, ideally including biosimilars, oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas. Artificial Intelligence savy, including high awareness of its limitations. Aware of specific confidentiality requirements of pipeline work.

  • Experience working in a cross-functional and global environment.
