What You Will Do: 

  • Applies specialized knowledge and skills in maintenance engineering.  
  • Responsible for implementing inspection and maintenance processes to ensure optimal performance condition of sophisticated machinery and processing equipment.  
  • Involves introduction and application of new developments and repair techniques in maintenance engineering.  
  • Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications. 
  • Respond to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.  
  • Implement an established maintenance program and maintain detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed.  
  • Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with production specifications or instructions.  
  • Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order. 
  • Participate in and lead meetings, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish through professional written and verbal interactions.

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Proficient in English.

Qualifications We Preferred: 

  • Experience in a senior leadership or managerial role. 
  • Experience implementing or managing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or similar maintenance excellence frameworks. 
  • Experience managing budgets, maintenance planning, or CAPEX projects related to equipment upgrades or facility improvements. 
  • Experience working in highly regulated or high-complexity manufacturing environments  
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
