Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap across PM&R capabilities, aligned to Digital Channels and Personal Investor priorities
- Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of high-impact products, balancing innovation, scale, and operational rigor
- Translate complex performance and financial data into clear, client-friendly digital experiences
- Partner with senior leaders to drive alignment, manage trade-offs, and influence enterprise decisions
- Operate with high engagement from OGC to ensure regulatory compliance and strong governance
- Lead vendor and consultant partnerships, ensuring accountability for delivery, quality, and outcomes
- Drive Agile execution, including prioritization, backlog management, and release planning aligned to business value
Qualifications
- Experience leading digital product strategy and delivery in a complex, regulated environment
- Strong ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Expertise in analytics, performance/reporting, or data-driven products preferred
- Proven vendor management and partnership leadership
- Track record of delivering client-centric digital experiences
