Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional client care while delivering high-quality treatments.
- Perform facial treatments, back treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other esthetic enhancement services as offered.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
- Accurately maintain client documentation
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to sanitation and infection control standards.
- Promote retail products and advanced treatment options
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to remain current with new treatments, devices, and industry trends.
- Deliver a luxury client experience from consultation through follow-up.
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Esthetician License
- An outgoing and friendly client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
- Thrives in a professional, team-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for skincare, aesthetics, wellness, and continued education
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with advanced treatments is preferred but not required
- Willingness to become certified and trained in new procedures as the practice expands
