Crew Concierge

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Crew Concierge to join our client's team.

The Crew Concierge will act as the main point of contact for vessel crews, captains, owners, and guests during refit, repair, and maintenance projects. The selected candidate will provide professional support and coordinate transportation, accommodation, travel arrangements, and other day-to-day services.

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to manage urgent requests in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist crew members, captains, owners, and guests during their visit.
• Coordinate transportation, airport transfers, accommodation, travel bookings, and restaurant reservations.
• Support crews with local administrative requirements and practical day-to-day needs.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Respond to urgent requests, monitor service quality, and assist with meetings and crew activities.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in concierge services, hospitality, guest relations, customer service, or yacht services.
• Experience in the yachting, marina, shipyard, refit, or luxury hospitality sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, proactive, and service-oriented attitude with good Microsoft Office skills.
