Project Manager Validation Services

Project Manager Validation Services drives commercial growth and operational excellence by leading customer validation projects, managing customer relationships, and coordinating cross-functional execution to ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and business success.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Lead validation projects from customer requirement gathering to execution by translating needs into test plans, coordinating with validation labs, approving quotes, and supervising project completion to ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and commercial success
• Connect customers, validation laboratories, and sales to ensure transparent communication, alignment on deliverables, and coordinated execution
• Provide expert technical consultancy and conduct risk assessments using validated scientific methods and risk‑based approaches, enabling customers to make informed decisions
• Generate leads, manage opportunities, and win deals in close collaboration with sales, ensuring customer needs are identified and addressed through tailored validation strategies
• Present validation capabilities at conferences, events, and customer meetings to enhance market visibility, position Sartorius as a thought leader, and generate qualified leads

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biological Sciences
• 3+ years of experience in single-use bioprocess validation projects or related technical project management
• Strong understanding of drug manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance, including GMP concepts
• Keen focus on data integrity & documentation standards compliance
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive and target-driven work style
• Strong negotiation and solution‑selling skills to convert opportunities
• Ability to influence effectively across internal and external cross‑functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
• Team-oriented and collaborative problem solving
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as this is a customer-facing role
