Sr Representative Talent Acquisition - Professional (Part-Time)

SUMMARY:

This position provides outstanding customer service and administrative support to internal and external job applicants, the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners, with a focus on professional-level recruiting. The individual in this role acts as a key partner to an assigned Talent Acquisition Lead, supporting end-to-end recruiting for professional openings across a variety of functions and locations and helping the team achieve department goals and metrics through operational excellence. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Own interview scheduling for professional-level candidates, coordinating calendars across hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates to ensure a smooth and timely process.
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, providing responsive candidate support, communicating next steps, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. 
• Facilitate background checks and additional post-offer actions as required for the role. 
• Initiate relocation for new hires, aligned with company policy. 
• Take on other duties as assigned that are related to the talent acquisition process.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience: Associate or Bachelors degree in HR or related field - OR - 1 year of HR related experience, administrative experience, or event planning related experience.

Computer Skills: Strong computer skills. Use of an applicant tracking system preferred.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Hours: This is a Part-Time Seasonal position (30 hours per week for an estimated 18 weeks).
