Department Overview

Our department supports business growth by expanding customer engagement through Rakuten Mobile shops, with store operations at the core of our activities.

The Business Promotion Group is responsible for planning and promoting initiatives in collaboration with various Rakuten services, operating business applications to improve store operations, and planning and supporting sales promotion activities. Working closely with relevant departments and stores, our team collaborates to drive business growth.

Position Details

You will primarily be responsible for the operation and maintenance of kintone business applications that support store operations, while also participating in application modifications and the development of new applications.

・Day-to-day operation of business applications and responding to user inquiries.

・Improving existing applications and fixing bugs.

・Supporting the development of new applications based on requests from business departments.

・Managing access permissions and various system settings.

・Investigating the causes of system issues and supporting recovery efforts.

Work Environment

Team members work under the guidance of a Senior Manager, each taking responsibility for their assigned tasks. After joining the company, you will receive support from your supervisor and team, so you can feel confident as you get started.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following areas:

・Experience developing or operating business applications or using no-code/low-code tools.

・Experience managing internal systems or business tools, working in a help desk role, or providing user support.

・Experience gathering requirements from frontline teams and translating them into business process or tool improvements.

Desired Qualifications:

・Experience managing team members' work and developing their skills as a team leader, group leader, or manager.

・Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating schedules and maintaining quality.

・Experience developing and maintaining applications using no-code/low-code tools such as kintone.

・Experience customizing applications using JavaScript or Python.

・Experience responding to system incidents and failures.

・Knowledge of access permission configuration and management, as well as information security.

・Experience promoting business process standardization and operational efficiency.
