Technical Engineer (Guang Zhou) -- VMT

 

 

 工作职责/ Job Description:

·       Communicate with customers to sort out requirements, analyze technical points of vision systems, and assist project managers in developing feasible solutions.

·       Cooperate with project managers to formulate detailed installation and commissioning schedules in compliance with project plans, quality and safety specifications.

·       Coordinate and execute on-site installation and commissioning of vision systems (covering assigned region and occasional non-regional customer sites), and report progress regularly to line manager.

·       Be responsible for technical support and after-sales service of vision systems.

·       Visit customer sites as needed to perform vision system commissioning, troubleshooting and solution optimization and guarantee customer experience.

·       对接客户梳理需求，分析视觉系统技术要点，配合项目经理制定可行性方案。

·       协同项目经理，依据项目计划、质量及安全规范共同制定安装调试详细时间表。

·       执行视觉系统现场安装、调试工作，负责区域内客户现场，必要时支援区域外客户现场，定期向直属经理汇报进展。

·       负责视觉系统的技术支持与售后服务工作。

·       根据需要赴客户现场，开展视觉系统调试、故障排查与方案优化，保障客户使用体验。

任职要求/Job Requirement:

·       Bachelor degree or above in electronics, communication, automation, computer and other related majors.

·       Working experience in industrial image processing, industrial robot or industrial PLC is preferred.

·       More than 3 years working experience in automobile manufacturing or related industry.

·       Good English communication skills, team cooperation concept.

·       Accept business trip to the customer site.

·       电子、通讯、自动化、计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历。

·       有工业图像处理、工业机器人或工业PLC方面的工作经验者优先。

·       3年以上的汽车制造或相关行业的工作经验。

·       具备良好的英文沟通能力，有团队合作理念。

·       可接受出差至客户现场。
