Operations Manager

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Operations Manager. Relocation assistance will be provided for any candidate residing outside a 50-mile radius of Cleveland, TN!

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.

## What you’ll do:

The Operations Manager will plan, organize, staff, direct and control the overall value stream operation to optimize productivity, labor targets, quality and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor departmental and individual goals, objectives and growth to improve plant performance.
• Plan, develop and install new Industry 4.0 technology and concepts for improvement of our High 5 metrics
• Utilize analytical skills for problem solving and decision making.
• Coordinate all projects and production programs in support of divisional and plant objectives. Drive improvement efforts using tools such as Eaton Lean Systems and Continuous Improvement Framework.
• Plan, select, appraise and develop personnel in support of the plant objectives and in line with corporate processes and expectations.
• Clearly communicate the progress of major plant activities to the Plant Manager and Staff.
• Maintain a safe work environment by providing a facility, manufacturing methods, tools and equipment that comply to state and federal regulations and Eaton’s MESH requirements.
• Implement and/or support all programs that will achieve a prescribed productivity improvement.

## Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment

• Minimum 3 years experience managing people

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited institution; Masters degree from an accredited institution
