Keller Executive Search is an executive search agency working on behalf of a client in consumer goods manufacturing. We are looking for a Plant Operations Manager to oversee production and keep the facility running efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily production, scheduling and staffing for the facility.
- Monitor output, quality and downtime against targets.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics on material flow.
- Supervise and develop production supervisors and team leads.
- Enforce workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare regular operational and cost reports.
