As a Security Officer High Rise Building in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic media and technology location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for employees, visitors, and guests. You will manage access, support visitor procedures, communicate security-related information, and help maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for visitors, employees, talent, guests, and vendors at a media and entertainment office location.
• Verify visitor authorization, manage sign-in procedures, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access records in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry activity, answer phones and/or intercom communications, and direct guests to appropriate contacts or designated waiting areas.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly notify appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Support security-related procedures by observing the lobby and reception area, reporting unusual activity, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
