Description
We are looking for Press Operators for the Broken Arrow facility for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift.
This position is responsible for operating and tending to the press machines to mold, shape and form rubber components.

This position is responsible for operating and tending to the press machines to mold, shape and form rubber components.
Essential Duties
- Reviews job documents for details and instructions to determine procedures and settings for pressing components;
- Loads rubber components on to molds and activates press;
- Monitors machine operations and observes lights and gauges in order to detect malfunctions;
- Provides the Quality Inspector with sample of finished product, as required and makes adjustments as recommended by the Supervisor or Lead. Notifies Lead when components and/or molds don’t meet standards;
- Cleans excess product from molds as needed;
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Lead.
Qualifications
- Ability to speak & read English well enough to convey information effectively;
- Ability to complete basic math operations, computer data entry and form fields;
- Ability to use basic hand tools;
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds with arms outstretched; Ability to stand for extended amounts of time.
