Your Responsibilities

As a Working Student in the Project Management Office (PMO), you will assist in driving process improvement initiatives, coordinating stakeholder feedback and ensuring high-quality project documentation.

You will assist in preparing presentations, meeting materials and project-related content, while contributing to the standardisation and optimisation of PMO processes. By working closely with colleagues from various departments, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration and the practical application of AI-powered tools in a dynamic business environment.

• Process Analysis & Improvement: Support the analysis and documentation of existing PMO processes and contribute to developing recommendations for process optimisation.
• AI-Supported Concept Development: Work with the PMO to develop and improve concepts using AI-powered tools to support PMO activities and boost efficiency.
• Feedback Coordination: Collect, consolidate, structure and prepare feedback from various stakeholders, including project managers, Implementation Services, Sales and Consulting.
• Meeting Preparation: Prepare presentations, agendas and supporting materials for internal and customer-facing meetings.
• Documentation Standardisation: Support the creation and standardisation of project documentation in line with established internal standards and best practice.
• Administrative Support: Assist with organisational and administrative activities within the PMO as required.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
• Interest in project management, process improvement, and organizational topics
• Structured and analytical mindset combined with strong communication and collaboration skills
• English proficiency, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• Curiosity for AI-powered tools and digital ways of working, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions
• First experience in project management, PMO, consulting, or related areas is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently with a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
