Description
As Cabin Staff at Bobocabin Kawah Putih, Ciwidey, you take on both Front Office and Housekeeping duties: welcoming guests and handling their check-in, and keeping our cabins and public areas clean, tidy and ready for every guest. You report to the Cabin Branch Leader.
What you will do:
Greet guests warmly and confirm their reservation details.
Check and confirm guest reservations in the PMS (Property Management System).
Request each guest's ID card and make sure the registration form is completed correctly.
Clean and tidy the cabins and public areas to Bobobox standards, following the Cabin Branch Leader's instructions.
Make sure cleaning kits and the housekeeping trolley are fully stocked before each shift.
You will fit in this job if you:
Have at least 1 year of experience in a Housekeeping or Front Office department at a hotel or resort.
Are willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Are willing to work outside your scheduled hours when urgent matters come up.
Have a neat and well-groomed appearance.
