Description
Our client is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to lead deployment, configuration, and maintenance of a containerized Trade Surveillance platform across UAT and production environments.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead end-to-end deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of containerized Trade Surveillance platforms across multiple environments
- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Docker, and Podman with expertise in pod orchestration and persistent volume management
- Support KX/KDB+, OneTick, and trade surveillance platform infrastructure and operational requirements
- Manage AWS infrastructure including VPCs, Security Groups, ALB/NLB, AWS EFS, RDS, and cloud networking configurations
- Configure and troubleshoot enterprise authentication integrations including Keycloak, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Grafana, Loki, and Promtail
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python and Bash; perform root-cause analysis on production issues
- Support Linux-based infrastructure, shared storage systems (NFS, AWS EFS), POSIX permissions, container networking, and SSL/TLS configurations
Requirements
- 8-10 years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Docker, and Podman
- Strong AWS infrastructure expertise including VPCs, Security Groups, load balancers, EFS, and RDS
- Hands-on experience with KX/KDB+ or similar real-time data platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise SSO and authentication systems (Keycloak, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect)
- Proficiency in Linux systems administration, NFS/storage management, and POSIX permissions
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash; solid understanding of container networking, load balancing, and SSL/TLS
- Experience with monitoring and logging platforms (Grafana, Loki, Promtail) and trade surveillance systems
