QUICK SUMMARY
The role of the Customer Support Specialist is to serve as a primary company representative by interfacing with customers, vendors, and other entities doing business or interacting with Sac EDM. The main focus for this role will be in managing the incoming sales email and generating quote / job folders for the various departments, as well as answering the main phone line and addressing or directing calls as required. The Customer Support Specialist will also support with other office related activities as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and enter customer and sales information into our ERP system.
• Monitor incoming customer requests and sales emails.
• Prepare quote packages and route them to the appropriate internal teams.
• Review customer information for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up on missing order or technical details.
• Maintain organized electronic records for quotes and completed jobs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure information is properly communicated.
• Provide customer service support through phone and email communications.
• Assist with general office administrative functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing industry experience.
• Previous ERP/order entry or customer support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF applications.
• Strong data accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication and problem-solving abilities.
