About the role
Procurement Graduate is an early-career development role designed to build strong foundations in procurement, commercial and supply chain management through meaningful, hands-on business experience.

The role provides exposure to sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement delivery, stakeholder engagement and commercial analysis while developing the technical, commercial and leadership capabilities required for a successful career in Procurement.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, including market assessment, request for quotation or tender, evaluation, negotiation and award. 

• Work with Procurement and business stakeholders to understand requirements, demand, priorities and value opportunities. 

• Support the development and implementation of category and contracting strategies. 

• Participate in supplier engagement and support contract and supplier performance management. 

• Conduct commercial analysis, benchmarking and spend analysis to support procurement decisions. 

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, demand consolidation, simplification and process improvement. 

• Support procurement of materials and services in compliance with applicable processes, governance and delegated authorities. 

• Work across Procurement, business teams and suppliers to resolve commercial and delivery issues. 

• Support procurement data, reporting and performance insights using digital procurement tools and systems. 

• Participate in projects and assignments that broaden exposure to different areas of Procurement and the business. 

• Build understanding of supply markets, contracting, commercial risk, negotiation and supplier relationships. 

• Demonstrate strong safety, ethics and compliance behaviours in all activities. 

 

Requirements

• Have recently graduated from Bachelors (S1) or Masters (S2) or Doctoral (S3) program or will be graduating by August/November 2027. Applicants with less than 2 years professional working experience may also apply.
• You should have completed your degree in one of the discipline/majors below: engineering, business, supply chain, procurement, economics, finance or another relevant discipline. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. 

• Curiosity and willingness to learn. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to collaborate across different teams, cultures and disciplines. 

• Commercial mindset and interest in how Procurement creates business value. 

• Confidence working with data and digital tools. 

• High standards of integrity, safety and professional conduct. 

• Ability to work effectively in a changing and fast-paced environment.
