Requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide support, supervision, and encouragement
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed
- Support community outings, vocational activities, and goal achievement
- Ensure participant health, safety, and well-being
- Provide transportation when required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Age 18+
- Valid CT driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
- Experience preferred but not required
