Overview

This role supports COBRA administration across enrolments, terminations, payments, reporting, and participant questions. You’ll help keep records accurate, support open enrolment activity, and work with internal teams to resolve issues while following COBRA guidelines and confidentiality standards.

How you'll make an impact

  • You’ll process COBRA enrolments and terminations, support payment processing, and respond to participant and client questions by email. You’ll also create, check, and share reports, while keeping trackers and records up to date so the team has accurate information to work with.
  • You’ll work with colleagues across the business to solve issues and keep work moving during busy periods, including open enrolment. In this role, you’ll help make sure every step is handled carefully, with a clear focus on compliance and confidentiality.

About you

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience handling confidential information with care.
  • The ability to enter data accurately and keep records up to date.
  • The ability to write clear emails and explain updates simply.
  • The ability to manage several tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
  • A team-focused approach and the ability to adapt when priorities change.
