Cloud Operations Support Engineer
We're hiring for a team responsible for executing operational runbooks, monitoring infrastructure, and handling first-level incident response across AWS and Azure environments.
Required:
- 2+ years in an operations, application support, or NOC/SRE role, production support experience troubleshooting via logs and monitoring dashboards
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure (IAM, compute, networking basics)
- Scripting ability in Bash and/or PowerShell for automating routine tasks
- Familiarity with at least one observability/monitoring tool (e.g. CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana)
- Experience following and updating runbooks/SOPs in an incident response context
- Comfortable working in a ticketing system (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) and meeting SLA targets
- Strong written and verbal communication — this role involves incident communications and handoffs
Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting beyond basic Bash/PowerShell
- Exposure to CI/CD platforms (name specific ones: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps for version control
- Relevant certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner/SysOps, AZ-900/AZ-104)
