COREA & COMPANY (1988) LTD is seeking a resourceful and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Shipping Manager, the successful candidate will support sales and financial systems in line with company procedures while servicing and growing the customer base. The role focuses on expanding LCL and FCL shipments and supporting market share growth through effective sales and marketing activities.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Assess customer needs, recommend solutions to enhance profitability, coordinate and monitor shipments.
- Provide consistent customer follow-up and build strong client relationships while maintaining awareness of competitor activity.
- To prepare all the requested documents related to the ships
- Perform sales visits regarding maintenance, targeted, and newly assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain allocated accounts and update customer database information where applicable.
- To prepare reports as needed.
Job Requirements:
· Associate degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the marketing industry or customer service.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer relations skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated with a good sense of when to seek guidance

- Ability to work flexible hours and effectively handle volatile situations.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and could travel throughout St. Vincent to meet with existing and potential clients.
