## Description
Business Partnering
Act as the primary FP&A business partner for the Skincare Cluster, providing financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support.Collaborate with brand, affiliate, and regional leadership teams to identify risks, opportunities, and actions required to achieve financial objectives.Support monthly business reviews and executive-level financial discussions.
Estimate Process ManagementLead the regional monthly Estimate cycle, coordinating offline submissions, validations, consolidations, and OneStream uploads.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of affiliate forecasts.Drive issue resolution and communicate requirements, timelines, and deliverables across participating markets.Partner with affiliate FP&A teams to ensure consistency in planning assumptions and reporting.
Long Range Planning (LRP)Support the coordination and consolidation of Long Range Planning submissions across affiliates.Facilitate planning guidelines, assumption alignment, and collection of affiliate inputs.Prepare regional consolidations, analyses, and management summaries to support leadership decision-making.
Affiliate Communication & GovernanceServe as the primary point of contact for planning templates, submission requirements, process updates, and timeline communications.Ensure affiliates understand regional and corporate planning expectations.Promote standardization and best practices across markets.
CAPEX Planning & ControlMaintain visibility of regional CAPEX performance versus budget and forecast.Monitor investment spending, project timing, and forecast updates.Coordinate with affiliates to ensure timely reporting and alignment on capital plans.Provide analysis and reporting to support capital allocation decisions and management reviews.
## Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial planning.Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling capabilities.Experience managing multi-country or regional planning processes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge (OneStream experience preferred).Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and execution excellence.
