Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise PLC and PLC-related projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring clear scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, decisions, and success measures.
  • Drive cross-functional planning and execution for projects impacting product development processes, phase-gate governance, templates, tools, metrics, training, and business readiness.
  • Support NPI/NPD project excellence by strengthening project plans, stage-gate preparation, functional review readiness, risk management, and decision-quality documentation.
  • Lead change management activities including stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, communications planning, readiness tracking, training coordination, feedback loops, and adoption reinforcement.
  • Establish and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, governance routines, status reporting, and executive-ready updates.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help translate lessons learned into sustainable standards, playbooks, templates, and operating rhythms.
  • Escalate issues and decisions appropriately, bringing data-driven recommendations and clear options to leadership forums.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Direct experience leading NPI/NPD projects, including project planning, phase-gate readiness, risk management, and cross-functional execution.
  • Experience leading change management projects, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training/readiness coordination, and adoption tracking.
  • Strong project management fundamentals, including schedule management, dependency management, risk/issue management, governance, and executive status reporting.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively across functions, divisions, regions, and leadership levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise materials for project teams and senior leaders.
  • Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, product lifecycle processes, stage-gate governance, or enterprise product development operating models.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or other relevant project/change management certification.
  • Experience supporting global business transformation, process harmonization, or enterprise capability deployment.
