Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Automotive technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Oversee the daily operations of the Automotive shop, ensuring efficiency and quality work
• Train and mentor Automotive technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in the Automotive shop
• Monitor inventory levels and order Automotive parts as necessary

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Automotive systems and components
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certification from an accredited Automotive training program is a plus
