Key Responsibilities

• Conduct oil changes and fluid level checks on a variety of vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements and tire rotations.
• Diagnose and report any vehicle issues to the service team.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring safety standards are adhered to.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle service needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• ASE certification or similar qualifications.
• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service centre.
• Knowledge of various vehicle makes and models.
