You will be responsible to:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring efficient import/export activities and seamless flow of materials and information;
• Manage inventory, warehousing, storage capacity, goods reception, sampling, dispensing, shipments, and transportation to maintain supply continuity;
• Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, GDP, quality standards, and company policies, promoting safe and compliant warehouse operations;
• Monitor warehouse activities, stock control, and material availability to support production schedules and internal customer requirements;
• Oversee shipment preparation and execution, ensuring deliveries are completed according to approved schedules and customer expectations;
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, IOPs, systems, and methodologies, driving operational excellence and standardization;
• Analyze logistics and warehouse performance data, producing reports and recommendations to optimize resources, costs, and processes;
• Support audits, inspections, investigations, and CAPA activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement;
• Train and develop warehouse teams, contributing to capability building, knowledge sharing, and adherence to operational standards;
• Drive continuous improvement, problem-solving, decision-making, and timely execution of assigned activities to achieve business, safety, quality, and service objectives.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industry;
• Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain operations;
• Solid understanding of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements applicable to warehouse and distribution activities;
• Experience working in fine chemicals or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments;
• Proficiency in SAP and/or other warehouse and inventory management systems, with strong computer skills and MS Office knowledge;
• Ability to perform tasks in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines;
• Fluency in English, with strong communication and organizational skills.
